Job summary

Securiport is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Junior Accountant to join our Accounting and Finance team. The role supports day-to-day accounting across multiple entities and international locations, requiring fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Experience with ERP platforms (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Process journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records for multiple entities.
• Record and verify daily financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial data across all assigned business units.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve intercompany items and support consolidated financial reporting.
• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer billings.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports.
• Prepare account reconciliations, analyses, and supporting schedules.
