Job summary

Outreach Community Ministries Inc. in Illinois seeks a Full-time Bilingual Junior High Program Coordinator for Outreach West Chicago (Puente del Pueblo).

The role leads Puente del Futuro, our middle school after-school and summer program, serving 25–45 students, overseeing staff and volunteers, recruiting students, and coordinating with schools and church partners. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience with middle school youth, with bilingual Spanish/English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience working with middle school youth.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Puente del Futuro after-school and summer programs and supervise staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Recruit students and maintain program enrollment.
• Develop and implement engaging academic, life skills, recreation, and Christian education programming.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, local schools, Wheaton Bible Church, and community partners.
• Maintain program records, grant documentation, student data, and program logistics.
• Support trauma-informed programming and positive behavior management.
