Job summary

BizTek People, Inc. | APA International Placement Consultants in Hoboken, NJ, seeks a Japanese-speaking Supervisor for Account Management & Fee Management in Financial Services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial services operations, preferably in global custody or institutional client onboarding.
• Strong Japanese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client account opening, maintenance, closing, and database management.
• Oversee client records, document safekeeping, and idle cash processing.
• Manage daily client inquiries and ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Implement risk management, self-assessment, and BSA/AML compliance procedures.
• Coordinate key operational matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support client invoicing, fee receivable estimates and reconciliations, and fee schedule updates.
• Lead and train team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous service improvement.
