The successful candidate will supervise account administration, client fee management, and risk controls within a global custody framework, while coordinating with technology and client teams to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial services operations, with supervisory experience.
• Experience in custody/ securities services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account opening, maintenance and closure.
• Manage client fee processes, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Monitor client data and documentation accuracy.
• Lead and coach team members.
• Collaborate with technology to improve workflows.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on operational matters.
