A bachelor’s in finance, business or accounting with 5 years of corporate banking experience and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and fluent Japanese is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of corporate banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of borrowers and parents to assess cash flow and projections.
• Gather documents to structure deals and assist in drafting prescreen memos for the Credit Department.
• Perform quarterly and annual loan portfolio reviews and reporting.
• Assist amendments, new originations, closings and funding; monitor credit events that may impact the borrower.
• Research sectors, regions or loans and stay updated on current market conditions.
• Provide ad hoc reports for management.
