Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customers, external providers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and service issues.
• Research customer inquiries and review case information to identify issues and next steps.
• Assist customers with understanding statements, case status, and information requests.
• Assist with unresolved or outstanding customer requests and service issues.
• Coordinate with external service providers regarding authorization, status, and next steps.
• Explain available services and coverage by reviewing information and confirming requirements and procedures.
