Job summary

DTK Facility Services is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead the janitorial team. You will ensure tasks are completed on time, manage supplies, support staff, and uphold quality and safety standards.

The role serves as the key point of contact for the team, requiring strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across various facilities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of janitorial or facilities management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed.
