Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Stratus clients and franchisees.
• Address and remedy customer complaints.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure high service standards.
• Manage service startup for new customers and transitions between franchisees.
• Quote and sell one-time services to existing customers.
• Train new franchisees and conduct quarterly meetings.
