Job summary

The Arc Prince George's County is seeking a Service Coordinator for the Infants and Toddlers program to help children and families access services in a timely, coordinated manner. The role operates under a grant administered by the Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) and reports to the ITP team.

You will conduct home visits, coordinate transportation and interpretation services, and advocate for families while maintaining records and attending trainings.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred but not required.
• Candidates should have some college hours and at least two years of related experience.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ITP team and family to access services and supports.
• Complete home visits and assess child and family needs.
• Coordinate transportation and interpretation services as needed.
• Act as a resource for new and potential ITP clients and families.
• Maintain ITP records and documentation; participate in trainings and meetings.
• Travel throughout the county for meetings; support IFSP implementation.
