You will help clients secure placements in diverse industries and maintain relationships with employers.

The role may require evening, weekend, or holiday availability and involves documenting progress in the EHR, coordinating with PCP plans, and collaborating with staff, families, and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; with at least two years in community-based job placement supporting people with IDD or related experience.
• Experience in community-based settings required.
• Must drive a personal vehicle and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Teach job-seeking, application, resume, interview, and retention skills.
• Maintain accurate employment contact records in the EHR.
• Market and represent employment services to employers.
• Develop employment opportunities based on individual goals and needs.
• Provide job-search, interview, application, and follow-up support.
• Coordinate PCP progress with employer accommodations and supervision.
