Asahi Kasei America, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Analyst to install, modify, and repair hardware and software while delivering technical support and training for a bilingual workforce in a split Las Vegas and Jean, NV setting.

Regular travel between sites is required, with strong customer service and IT skills. The role emphasizes excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork with global IT colleagues, supporting on-site operations and remote locations as part of a hands-on

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required for daily support of a bilingual workforce.
• Associate degree in information technology or related field preferred.
• At least three years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Six months of on-site or remote IT support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support users and resolve incidents, requests, and tasks in ITSM system.
• Provide global and remote support, including travel between sites as needed.
• Document resolutions and update knowledge base; follow up with requestors.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to establish standards and assist on projects.
• Onboard and train new IT Support staff; act as IT liaison locally.
