Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII seeks an IT Program Coordinator to support IT and digital transformation initiatives across North America. The role acts as a coordination point between NA teams and Asia-based headquarters, driving communication, project execution, and operational alignment across multiple IT programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, business coordination, IT administration, or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects and initiatives across North American sites.
• Support communication and collaboration between North America and Asia-based teams.
• Organize and document project meetings, action items, and follow-up activities.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports, executive presentations, and meeting summaries.
• Assist with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, business groups, vendors, and external partners.
• Maintain project documentation and support project governance activities.
• Assist IT leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Occasional travel within North America may be required.
