Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is the largest national distributor of landscaping products across the United States and Canada. As the Irrigation expert in the branch, you will lead the department to meet sales goals while ensuring excellent customer service and safety standards.

You will collaborate with Branch Manager on planning, forecasting, and inventory management, while coaching agronomic staff and adopting new technologies to boost performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the green industry and understanding of irrigation products.
• Excellent customer service and management skills.
• Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals; including debits, credits, AR, AP and budgets.
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• For Internal Candidates Only: LOB Certification Level I or higher, preferred.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with sales and operations planning, forecasting and integration of supply and demand plans.
• Promote an incident-free environment by daily safety leadership.
• Encourage a strong safety culture through training and policies.
• Understand and execute inventory management, target customer mix and sales.
• Create a positive environment for employees to promote teamwork in line with SiteOne DNA.
• Train and develop agronomic staff to be knowledgeable about Irrigation products and customer needs.
• Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and ways of working to improve performance.
• Support other branch departments and customers as needed.
