The ideal candidate has 1 year in computer-aided warehousing, 2 years with RF scanning and WMS, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a computer-aided warehousing operation.
• 2 years of experience with RF scanning systems.
• 2 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory procedures.
• Experience with pick lists, system-generated reports, and inventory records.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Strong mathematical skills for inventory counts and discrepancy identification.

Responsibilities

• Verify inventory by comparing materials with system records before releasing to Manufacturing.
• Perform cycle counts and bin checks to verify stock quantities.
• Coordinate material flow to support manufacturing requirements.
• Manage returned materials and apply return labels.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and notify supervisors for adjustments.
• Maintain product traceability by verifying lot numbers and expiration date changes when necessary.
• Manage production labels and ensure case-level tagging.
• Maintain organized stocking areas and report damaged items.
• Maintain inventory records using RF scanning, WMS, and MS Office.
