Qualifications

• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Experience in inclusive/co-teaching settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Ability to pass background checks and work with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Support educational and behavioral goals for students with IEPs.
• Interpret student abilities for classroom intervention strategies.
• Conduct diagnostic and functional behavior assessments.
• Write and implement behavior improvement plans.
• Facilitate IEP meetings and monitor progress with families.
• Collaborate with teachers, plan lessons, and participate in events.
