Responsibilities

• Match interpreters to meeting needs.
• Prepare monthly reports of interpretation services.
• Maintain Interpreter Request Portal.
• Guide staff on best scheduling practices for interpreters.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Respond to parent inquiries via language assistance lines.
• Review and reconcile billing from third-party providers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
