IBC Bank in Texas seeks an International Sales Representative to build relationships with high net-worth international and domestic customers and deliver personalized banking services in a fast-paced, in-office environment. You will support an international officer managing key clients and drive sales targets.

The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong customer service, and adherence to banking regulations, with opportunities to work with CDs, loans, wires, and online

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Prior sales or office work a plus; banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Mexican identification documents a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with long-term and prospective high net-worth international and domestic customers by suggesting bank products and services that meet their needs.
• Refer products and services through the bank’s referral system.
• Drive the customer IBC experience by providing personalized service for account-related transactions (checking, savings, CDs, loans, wire transfers).
• Under the One Team Concept, the international sales representative and international officer have monthly sales goals to meet.
• Assist international officer to prepare loans secured by certificates of deposit; support loan collection and overdrafts.
• Log and update the bank’s CRM with notes regarding customer interaction and transactions.
• Follow-up with customer due-diligence, dormant accounts, foreign status recertification.
• Provide basic online banking customer support.
• Assist customers with credit and debit card needs, and check order delivery.
