Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; 1+ years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly customer service and the IBC Experience.
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and dual control.
• Adhere to New Account Opening policies and compliance checks.
• Support Branch Manager in adherence to procedures and inventory.
• Travel and assist other branches as needed; support teller operations.
