As an Internal Wholesaler,you’llcollaborate with External Wholesalers to manage a regional sales territory, strengthen advisor relationships, and uncover new opportunities to grow individual life and living benefits insurance sales. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, coachable, collaborative, and thrives in a competitive environment.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage advisors to uncover and support sales opportunities
  • Manage daily tasks to meet productivity goals and advisor needs
  • Handle inquiries (case consultations, illustrations, product training)
  • Use data, analytics, and Salesforce to plan and execute 60-day business cycles

Development Opportunity

Participate in Manulife’s proprietary training program designed to prepare Internal Wholesalers for promotion to External Wholesaler roles.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years insurance/sales experience
  • LLQP designation (or in progress)
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with creativity, problem-solving ability, and a drive to win
  • The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French to support clients from various provinces outside of Québec.
  • A valid driver's license is required, as occasional travel may be necessary.

The compensation for this role includes salary and sales incentives and is expected to be between

$73,500.00 CAD - $103,500.00 CAD

Employees participate in sales incentive programs and earn incentive compensation based on role‑specific criteria. Actual compensation will vary depending on individual performance, sales results, local market conditions as well as relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
