Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
• Conduct structured intake interviews across personal injury matters.
• Gather and document incident details, injuries, medical treatment, insurance information and other case info.
• Enter and maintain complete records in the case management system.
• Identify information attorneys need to evaluate cases and route matters to the appropriate attorney.
• Coordinate follow-up with pending leads and prospective clients to avoid gaps.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, intake teammates, and after-hours services.
• Create a positive client experience from first contact.
