LAW OFFICES OF HILDA L SIBRIAN PC in Houston, TX is seeking a Bilingual Intake Officer to support clients by conducting initial intake interviews, gathering information, and guiding them to available resources. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and effective communication with diverse clients.

This full-time position runs 12:00PM-9:00PM with hourly pay from $17.00 to $25.00. Fluency in English and Spanish, strong interpersonal and clerical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required with strong communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Clerical skills are required to document interactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake interviews with clients to assess needs and eligibility for services.
• Gather and document information from clients, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide clients with information about resources and guide them through the intake process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client transition.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resources and services to assist clients.
