TORKLAW is seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist in Chicago, IL to join our plaintiff personal injury team. This role focuses on client engagement, data intake, and guiding potential clients toward the right next steps with empathy and professionalism.

You'll communicate across phone, text, chat, and email in English and Spanish, perform accurate data entry, and collaborate with the team to transition retained clients to the case team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• 1+ year of related experience or equivalent education.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service or administrative background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients and build trust from first contact.
• Assess each potential client’s situation and explain next steps and how TORKLAW can help.
• Communicate clearly across phone, text, chat and email with empathy and professionalism.
• Enter data accurately and follow up on intake details.
• Collaborate with team while also working independently.
• Seamlessly hand off retained clients to the case team.
