Qualifications

• 1+ year in intake, admin, or similar role.
• Proficient with standard productivity software.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential clients to build trust and rapport from first interaction.
• Assess each client’s situation and present best course of action and how the firm can help.
• Communicate across phone, text, chat, and email with clarity and professionalism.
• Enter data accurately and maintain diligent follow-up on potential cases.
• Transition retained clients to the team handling their case.
