Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga, a Florida law firm, is seeking an Intake Specialist in Boca Raton to be the first point of contact with potential clients and to gather information for PI/First Party cases.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will handle calls, verify client details, perform data entry into SmartAdvocate, coordinate meetings with attorneys, and assist in setting up initial medical appointments for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and answer calls daily.
• Answer questions/concerns from clients regarding their claim.
• Process new client files for PI/First Party.
• Data entry of cases into SmartAdvocate.
• Verify client information (Insurance/Demographics/facts of loss).
• Assist in setting up meetings with field reps/attorneys.
• Notify attorneys/case managers of file assignments and time-sensitive tasks.
• Follow up with pending leads until clients are retained by the firm.
• Coordinate with doctor offices and assist clients in scheduling initial appointments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
