Confie is growing and hiring a bilingual Insurance Sales Store Manager for our Harrisburg, PA location. The role offers a base hourly pay with uncapped commissions and ongoing incentives, plus a generous benefits package.

The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, build relationships with existing customers, mentor staff, and drive store performance with a focus on operational excellence and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Coach team members to deliver high customer care.
• Oversee sales targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues.
• Execute Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
