Confie and its family of companies are expanding and seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales Store Manager in Harrisburg, PA. This on-site leadership role combines people management with sales growth, mentoring the team, and delivering exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales/management preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience leading sales teams and achieving targets.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sales teams daily performance and/or targets
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production and active customer goals
• Coach members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitoring performance
• Assists with any escalated customer service issues and/or questions that may arise
• Executes all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE)
