Job summary

Confie and its family of companies are hiring an Insurance Sales Representative on-site. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers while earning uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

We offer comprehensive benefits, a 401K match, and ongoing training. A sign-on bonus applies: up to $1,500 if unlicensed, up to $2,500 if licensed. Base pay is $16–$20 per hour with monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
