Confie, a leading group of insurance brands, seeks a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative in Allentown, PA to grow our book of business. You will solicit new clients, nurture relationships, and advise customers in English and Spanish.

The role offers $16–$20 per hour base, plus uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonuses. On-site with strong benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Personal lines or property/casualty license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales targets.
• Build relationships with existing customers to expand production.
• Ensure accurate currency transactions and deposits documentation in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
