This role focuses on building relationships, identifying needs, and converting service conversations into sales opportunities. Training and support toward obtaining a Property and Casualty license are provided, with potential commissions based

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
• Willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide service to existing policyholders and help resolve routine questions or concerns.
• Update and maintain customer insurance policies accurately.
• Answer questions about billing, payments, invoices, policy changes, and account information.
• Identify opportunities to discuss and offer additional insurance products.
• Transition conversations from service needs to appropriate sales opportunities.
• Assist with basic claims-related questions and guide customers through the initial claims process.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, policy updates, payments, and service requests.
• Provide professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
