This role focuses on growing the agency through strong customer relations, policy reviews, and cross-communication between customers and agency departments, primarily serving Spanish-speaking clients.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, sales-minded, with experience in insurance sales or account management, able to explain and sell policies in English and Spanish, and prepared to obtain

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Licensure must be acquired within 30-60 days - license reimbursement available after 90 days.
