Acceptance Insurance in Florence, AL is seeking an Insurance Agent to grow nonstandard auto insurance sales with existing and new clients. This on-site role offers a base plus uncapped commissions, renewal incentives, and monthly bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits.

You will solicit new business, expand relationships with customers, and ensure accurate deposit handling and documentation in our agency system. Excellent communication and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
