Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000–$75,000 total compensation, including base salary, commissions, and bonuses

What You'll Do

• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective customers

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
• At least 4 years of sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, account management, or a related sales role
• Demonstrated success meeting sales goals, quotas, or performance targets
• Active insurance license preferred
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred
• Must be willing and able to obtain the required insurance license(s)
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
