ADB Insurance Agency is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Rep to drive sales of Allstate products while delivering exceptional service. You will work with a team that supports one another and contribute to a sales-driven culture in the Chicagoland area.

You will leverage warm leads, receive comprehensive training, and have opportunities for commissions, bonuses, and career growth. The role offers a base salary with strong earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required or willing to obtain license.
• P&C license preferred or willing within 30 days of start date.
• Strong people skills and team orientation.
• Sales-focused with hands-on training and coaching.

Responsabilités
