The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with training, leads, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment. Prior insurance sales experience and licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers and assess insurance needs.
• Explain insurance benefits and coverage options in Spanish and English.
• Develop and present personalized proposals to meet client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and strong service.
