Job summary

Nick Labella Allstate Agency seeks an Insurance Sales Representative to join the in-office team, with the option to work from home occasionally. You will call leads, aim for 200 calls per day, and write 20+ new policies monthly across auto, home, life, and other lines. Training and mentorship are provided within a collaborative sales environment.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, learning quoting and bundling strategies, and supporting service for a strong client experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Less than one year of sales or insurance experience welcome; training provided.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build trust and rapport.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up on provided leads to generate new business
• Comfortable with making up to 200 calls per day
• Write 20+ new policies for auto, home, life, and other insurance lines per month
• Collaborate with the sales team to learn and apply best practices
• Follow proven sales processes within the agency
• Support the service team as needed to ensure excellent client experience
