Qualifications

Must have Personal Lines License.
1+ years experience in sales; willing to train on insurance sales.
Insurance experience not required; willing to learn and be coached.
Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent written/verbal communication.
Basic computer software knowledge.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
Professional phone and office etiquette.

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best fit their needs.
Handle client objections and provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
