• Must have Personal Lines License.
• 1+ years experience in sales; willing to train on insurance sales.
• Insurance experience not required; willing to learn and be coached.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent written/verbal communication.
• Basic computer software knowledge.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
• Professional phone and office etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best fit their needs.
• Handle client objections and provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
