Marquee Insurance Group, LLC in Cleveland, TN seeks a Bilingual Sales Representative to grow business by generating leads and selling our services to new accounts. You will make daily calls to trucking companies, field inbound leads, and work with underwriters to assemble competitive packages.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. Licensing will be required prior to start date.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities.
• Insurance/transportation industry knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office skills and related computer knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Explain and sell MIG’s core services and benefits.
• Make daily calls to trucking companies and carriers to provide coverage.
• Field inbound leads from marketing efforts and industry partners.
• Maximize partner relationships by converting leads to closes.
• Prioritize organization and proper CRM usage.
• Follow outbound cadences by company type.
• Shop rates from insurers and assemble competitive packages.
• Use independent judgment to determine best policies.
• Prepare and execute a sales plan meeting revenue targets.
• Collaborate with other branches to forward leads.
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing service.
• Uphold highest ethical and confidentiality standards.
