State Farm Agency in Atlanta, GA is seeking a motivated bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to serve both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers and turn needs into tailored insurance solutions.

The ideal candidate brings sales experience and, while licensing is preferred, motivated applicants with a strong sales background will be considered. You will generate leads, educate customers about coverage options, and work toward sales goals in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience across inside/outside/retail/account management or related roles.
• Active insurance license preferred; must be willing and able to obtain required license(s).
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Educate customers about coverage options, eligibility, and policy benefits.
• Assist with policy changes, transfers, billing questions, and claim-related inquiries.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations.
• Provide professional, responsive, and friendly customer service.
