Job summary

Confie and its family of companies – Freeway, Baja, Bluefire & others – is looking for an Insurance Agent in Boise, ID. Your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance, with opportunities to grow earnings by adding homeowners and health products.

You will benefit from inbound leads, comprehensive paid training and licensing, and a compensation package with base pay, commissions, bonuses, and incentives.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property and Casualty preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Connect with customers to understand needs and offer auto/home/health insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose suitable insurance products.
