Job summary
Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Decatur, AL to lead the sales team, drive daily performance, and provide exceptional customer care while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications
- Relevant college degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years leading sales teams or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and drive sales.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to meet or exceed targets and daily performance.
- Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
- Coach team members to deliver high-quality customer care.
- Oversee operations to achieve targets and monitor performance.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and inquiries.
- Ensure Store Operational Excellence (SOE) practices.
