Security First Managers, LLC is seeking an In-House Insurance Sales Associate to promote and sell insurance products to customers, assessing needs and offering suitable solutions. This role focuses on new business conversion and retention for the in-house agency and strategic partners.

Candidate will coordinate sales calls, process web-generated quotes, and support partners with lead conversion. A salary plus incentive bonus program is offered, with bilingual English/Spanish capabilities valued

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Florida P&C 440 license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• May be required to possess a valid state of Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Submits new business quotes and applications within carrier guidelines.
• Pre-qualifies applicants based on eligibility and underwriting rules.
• Provides guidance to customers on coverage, options, and endorsements.
• Maintains agency file documentation to support risk selection and eligibility.
• Assists customers with endorsements, coverage changes, and inquiries.
• Maintains a customer service orientation and positive company image.
