Job summary

The Juris Agency in Chicago is seeking a motivated Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our sales team full time. You will generate and nurture leads, build relationships with realtors and car dealerships, and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a P&C license is preferred with assistance to obtain within 30 days. Base salary starts at $3,000–$3,500 per month, with commissions and bonuses that can reach $80,000 in the first year.

Qualifications

• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• P&C license preferred; must be willing to obtain within 30 days with licensing assistance.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Successful sales background with an upbeat, positive attitude.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to start from a cold lead.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales from multiple sources of leads.
• Build relationships with realtors, car dealerships, and other partners.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to existing customers.
