Job summary

Jose Rosario State Farm is seeking an entry-level Receptionist who is professional, organized, and eager to develop a long-term career in the insurance industry. This in-person role at our Orlando location offers regular hours and no sponsorship.

Key duties include greeting customers, directing requests, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records in agency systems, and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; trilingual English/Spanish/Portuguese preferred.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Strong organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Growth mindset and willingness to obtain/maintain licenses.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone; direct requests to the appropriate team member.
• Schedule appointments and support daily office communications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in agency systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects for follow-up and service support.
• Transfer calls/leads to the licensed sales team when ready for a quote or coverage discussion.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
