Qualifications

• Insurance experience required in account management, sales, or customer service.

• Detail-oriented with solid documentation habits and multitasking capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention, referrals, and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide clear, needs-based recommendations.
• Provide high-level service including policy changes, billing support, and coverage updates.
• Resolve complex customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams and carrier partners.
• Quote, present, and close policies using needs-based selling for inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule reviews and identify coverage gaps across Auto, Home, Life, and Health.
• Support customers during the claims process with guidance and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems.
• Follow guidelines with a compliance-first approach.
