Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Proficiency in using computers and standard office software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Address customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims with accuracy and empathy.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and new business applications efficiently.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and process payments.
• Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes and assisting with client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system.
• Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
