Job summary

GEICO Burlington is hiring dedicated Spanish-speaking customer service representatives to join our dynamic team. You will provide top-tier service to policyholders, explain product lines, and educate clients on GEICO’s insurance offerings. This office-based role emphasizes quick learning and a strong work ethic.

The position includes CRM management, cross-selling opportunities, and daily communication with customers by phone and email, with occasional Saturday shifts. Local residency required.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency required; strong customer service experience preferred.
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced office environment.
• Reliable transportation and local residency to work onsite.
• Comfort with CRM systems and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class service and support to existing policyholders.
• Explain auto, home, renters and other GEICO product lines.
• Educate clients on GEICO’s insurance products and CRM interactions.
• Manage a large customer database in the CRM platform.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls.
• Assist sales team by contacting customers via phone and email daily.
• Work some Saturday shifts (10am–2pm) and some 10am–6pm Mon–Fri.
