Qualifications

• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service (inquiries about insurance, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, billing).
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Make outbound calls to customers seeking quotes, build relationships, identify needs, and recommend coverage options.
