Job summary

Jason Street - Allegiance Insurance is seeking a bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Administrative Assistant in New Jersey. The role provides customer service, policy servicing, quoting, renewals, and account management while communicating with clients in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a Property & Casualty license and previous insurance or customer service experience. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Prior experience in an insurance agency or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy questions and service needs.
• Maintain accurate client files and confidentiality.
• Assist producers with prospecting, marketing, quoting, and account servicing.
