gobravvo is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Account Manager fluent in Spanish and English to build client relationships, identify needs, and market a range of insurance products. The role includes comprehensive training, no prior insurance experience required, and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative, growth-oriented agency.

You will engage in value-based conversations, expand reach with diverse clients, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health license

Responsabilités

• Develop leads and schedule appointments to engage potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-ups.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals and ensure client satisfaction
